• Understand acoustic, fire and other performance capabilities of suspended ceilings
• Installation theory and Good Practice Guide
• How to quantify material requirements
• Layout choices
• Install a perimeter wall angle trim
• Install a suspended ceiling grid, how to check the grid is level
• Install ceiling tiles
• Cut tile perimeter and room perimeter finishing options
