She is currently leading C&W's 'Living Lab' research project and studying for her PhD in PsychoNeuroPhysiology & workplace design at the Technical University of Eindhoven. Sophie holds an MBA from London Business School and an MSc in Neuroscience from King's College London.

With 30+ years of international experience, he specialises in Workplace Culture, Change Management, and Strategic Real Estate Portfolio advice for blue chip clients. Prior, he established the workplace interior divisions of leading Irish architectural practices, building multi-award-winning teams.
